She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Cox; her son Jimmy Farris; and her brothers, Donald Bennett and Howard Bennett. She is survived by: her children, Callie Hicks of Rex, Paula Cox of Rex and Scott Cox (Brandy) of Monticello; and her brothers, Gary Bennett (Lyn) of McDonough and Gene Bennett (Renee) of Jonesboro. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
