She is survived by: her children, Linda Forston and Steven Forston; her grandchildren, Derek Hampton, Constance Hampton and Angel Forston; her great grandchildren, Ava Hampton and Dakota Hampton; and her siblings, Addie Sturgis and Lonzy Rogers. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
