He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Haney and Lila Mae Cross Haney; and his brother Mark Randall Haney. He is survived by: his brother Richard "Rick"; his sister-in-law Gloria Haney of Douglasville; his nieces and nephews, Richard "Richie" Haney, Jr. (Michelle) of Rockmart, Russell Haney (Kayla) of Carrollton and Ronald Lozano (Lisa Gibson) of Omaha, NE; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kody Brown, Kyleigh Haney, Madelyn Barnett, Damian Lozano of Andrew, Anna Haney and Samantha Bradford.
