He is survived by: his children, John Thomas Mode, Donna Mia Mode and Amanda Beth Mode; his grandchildren, Darin Thomas Mode and Devyn Rachelle Mode; and his siblings, Robert Mode, Nora Mode Milam and Donna Mode Farr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
