It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Heard of Rex, Georgia, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Heard and Alpha Heard; his wife Patricia Joe-Ann Heard; and his son Mark Anthony Heard. He is survived by: his son Timothy Heard (Vicki) of Rex; his brothers, Paul Heard (Kay) and Gerald Heard; his grandchildren, Joshua Heard (Liz), Alaina Perkins (Daniel) and Megan Whitley (Marshall); and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Whitley, Reilly Perkins and Morgan Heard.
