With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Gary McGaha of Rex, Georgia, born in Forsyth, Georgia, who passed away on May 31, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie McGaha and J. C.; his brother Ronnie McGaha; and his son-in-law James Cornacchia. He is survived by: his wife Della Sue McGaha; his children, Christal Cornacchia and Pamela Mitchell (Tim); his sisters, Ruth Allison (John), Betty Kitchens (Sammy) and Janice Winters (Larry); his sister-in-law Marilyn McGaha; and his stepdaughters, Kristi Quillen and Karli Green (Jason). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Center Alsad/St, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Cancer Center of Atlanta.
