He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Smith. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Holloway Smith of Rex; his sister Janice Smith of Rex; and his nephews, Donald Herbster of Griffin, Erik Herbster of Griffin and Karl Herbster of Griffin.
