The memory of Charles William Mashburn of Rex, Georgia, who passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his significant other Delsie Lee Duckett Mashburn; his children, Billy Raye Mashburn and Vikie Escobedo; his grandchildren, Shawn Raye Mashburn and Kristen Rochelle Moore; his parents, James Leonidas Mashburn, Sr. and Mary Ruth England Mashburn; and his siblings, James Leonidas Mashburn Jr., Jeanette Schmidt and Phyllis Baughn.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Devon Mashburn (Leah), Michael Curtis William Moore (Kat) and Carlos Escobedo; and his sisters, Doris Speakman and Carolyn Beavers. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John's Ridout.
