She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Michael Cook; and her parents, James E. Sullivan and Clara Mae Sullivan. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Penn of Stockbridge and Theresa Scott of Rex; her sisters, Lynn Ross and Beverly Davis (Ed); her grandchildren, Ashley Baughcum (Michael), Tracie Scott, Kasey Partee (Emory), Roger Scott, Brandy Penn and Cierra Penn; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Baughcum, Wyatt Baughcum, Brantlee Partee, Chad Partee, Asher Penn and Cassidy Penn.
