She is survived by: her children, Sakeena Brickers, Keith Carlisle, Gregory Carlisle, Charles E. Carlisle and Christopher Carlisle; her grandchildren, Seanna O'Neal, Sanaiah O'Neal and Renee Carlisle; and her siblings, Eddie Smith, Jr. and JoAnn Seabury. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
