He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Hood Sr. and Nellie Hood Ashley; and his daughter Brenda Gail Borg. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mashburn Hood; his children, Stevie Hood (Nikki), Tony Hood (Charity), Brannon Fain (Nikki), Brook Fain (Laura), Blake Fain (Jennifer), Renee Hood Kitchens, Wanda Kennedy (David), Adrienne Hood, Jana Fain Rossen (Steven) and Kanessa Fain; and his sister Lola Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
