He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Dooley Carter; his daughters, Hannah Carter, Melia Carter and Olivia Carter; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Patti Choate; his nieces and nephews, Colby Shane Carter, Laura Faye Carter, Halie Choate, Sara Choate and Kevin Choate Jr.; his great-nephew Bryson Carter; his uncle Harold; his aunt Ann Dooley; and his cousin Shawna Dooley. He is also survived by his mama, daddy, who also died too young, brothers and extended family.
