She is survived by: her children, Melvin Best Jr. of Lafayette, GA, Anthony Best of Lafayette, GA, Michael (Frannie Best), Cynthia (Samuel Story), Ruth Anne (Andy Morgan), Tammy (Keith Jackson) and Patricia (Timmy Wells); her sisters, Sarah Collins of Dallas, GA and Carolyn (David Turner); her grandchildren, Wendy Owenby (Larry Quarles), Brandy Reyes (Edgar), Brittany Owenby (Amber), Jason Jackson, Willow Jackson, TJ Wells (Shanna), AJ Best, Breanna Best, Christiane Little (Josh) and Mika Best; and her great grandchildren, Kevin Rosas, Kris Rosas, Kabria Rosas, Esperanza Reyes, Edwin Reyes, Eli Reyes, Haley Smith, Destiny Jenkins, Elijah Shugart, Chloe Wells, Jaxson Wells, Jericho Davila and Ruby McDowell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
