She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Keener and Jewell Keener; her husband Billy Joe Phillips; her sons, Terry Phillips and Michael Phillips; her siblings, Dewey Keener and JoAnn Bryson; her niece Renee Gossett; her parents-in-law, Bill and Delcie Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Phillips and Helen Clayton.
She is survived by: her daughter Carlene Shane (Johnny Welch); her grandchildren, Rendy Ellis, Nicholas Hobbs of Resaca, GA, Morgan, Justin Grissom of Georgetown, TN, Michael Phillips and Shelby Mitchell of Fairmount, GA; her great grandchildren, Hayden Ellis, Brenton Hobbs, Mykelti Hobbs, Bentlei Grissom, Alexander Grissom and Jerry Lane Welch; and her sisters-in-law, Susie Newton, Rosemary and Jerry Queen of Chatsworth, GA..
