She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Jones and Dessie "Bobbie" Hester Jones; and her brother James "Jimbo" Jones. She is survived by: her husband Carl Hilgeman; her son Clay Lawrence Hilgeman; her grandsons, Waylon Lamar Hilgeman and Aiden Crowe; her siblings, Ronald McDonald and Brenda Jones; and her nieces and nephews, Brian Edwards, Brent Edwards, McDonald, Brittany Jones and Mendy Morton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Rest Memorial Park (3736 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701).
