He is survived by: his wife Lavita Eades; his sons, Trey Shane Eades of Dalton, GA and Jonathan Richard Atkins of Michigan; his sisters, Cheryl Mulkey of Resaca, GA, Kathy Roberts of Dalton, GA and Melanie (Bob Reichley); and his grandchildren, Aiden and Cayden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
