He was predeceased by: his parent Brady Holmes; his wife Louise Edmond Holmes; and his daughter Wanda Holmes Grant. He is survived by: his parent Susie Childers Holmes; his son-in-law Dawn Patterson of Resaca; his brother Lloyd Holmes; his grandchildren, Chad Mullinax, Cameron Patterson, Lindsey Patterson, Paxton Holcomb and Zoe Holcomb; and also, La Sonja of Resaca and Richard Holcomb of Resaca. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
