It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Brock Marcus of Resaca, Georgia, born in Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. B. Brock and Julia Ingle Brock; her husband Thomas Herman Marcus; her son Thomas Herman Marcus Jr.; her daughter-in-law Kelli Marcus; and her parents-in-law, Porter Maxwell and Lena Marcus.
She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Marcus; her son-in-law Michael Allen of Resaca, GA; her sons, Rick Marcus of Resaca, GA and Reverend Wayne; her daughter-in-law Tammy Marcus of Eastanollee, GA; her grandchildren, Andy Marcus, Tasha Scroggs, Noel Pauley, Jacob Allen, David Marcus and Brittany Dagnan; her sister Wanda Johnson; and her close friend Bonnie Stacy of Dalton, GA. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
