Betty Sue Williams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Sue Williams of Resaca, Georgia, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Underwood and Tilda Underwood; her husband Carl Noah Williams; her grandson Shannon Williams; and her grandson-in-law Shon Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Wilson of Resaca, GA, Greg (Marcia Williams), Roger Williams (Toni Nunley) and Regina (Dallas Painter); her grandchildren, Ashlyn Williams, Bryson Williams of Tony, Meghan Painter, Tara, Joseph Grant and Sabrina Middleton; and her great grandchildren, Colten, Weston, Gracie and Matthew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ponders Funeral Home - Dalton (138 Melrose Dr, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
