He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Russell and Hazel Powell. He is survived by: his wife Helen Powell of Rentz; his sons, Larry Russell Powell of Rentz and Kevin Powell of Rentz; his grandsons, Jesse Powell of Dublin and Kade Powell (Ragan) of Dublin; his great grandchildren, Mac Powell and Mia Powell; and his sister JoAnn Potts of Thompson.
