He was predeceased by: his parents, Claxton Woodard and Adon Hobbs Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Diane Oxford Woodard of Rentz; his children, Victor Woodard (Kerri) of Cadwell, Rodney Woodard (Gwen) of Cadwell and Lisa Woodard; his grandchild Skyler Woodard Slater (Andrew); and his great grandchild Parker Slater.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rentz City Cemetery (1118 Baker Church Rd, Rentz, GA 31075).
