She is survived by: her children, Duke Henry Smith, Jr. of Reidsville, Don Smith of Atlanta, Jewel Smith of Reidsville, Devorial Matthews of Reidsville, Sharon Smith of Reidsville and Cheryl Mincey of Jesup. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; one niece, Renaee Bacon and one nephew.
