He is survived by: his siblings, Luz Vazquez of Illinois, Carmen Milagro of Puerto Rico, Isabel Vazquez of Puerto Rico, Rafael Vazquez of New York and Benjamin Vazquez of Illinois; and his niece Betzy Ortiz-Ocasio of Illinois.
