She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Jr. Padgett and Eddie Jane Padgett. She is survived by: her children, Walter "Bud" Strickland of Reidsville, Nicholas Strickland of Reidsville and Tracy Giles of Reidsville; her sisters, Brenda Shore (Rob) of Reidsville, Ann Colson (Jay) of Statesboro and Tammy Rhoden (Mark McLain) of Jesup; and her grandchildren, Joshua Marshall, Amelia Martinez, Jamil Giles and Henry Thomas. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
