She is survived by: her parents, Mark Monfils and Glenda Bland Monfils of Reidsville; her husband Bryan Blake of Reidsville; her stepdaughter Kirsten Blake Andrew Blake (Frank Kastl) of Reidsville, Georgia.; her brother Alan Monfils (Brittany) of Reidsville; her cousin Misty Arnold (Joe) of Statesboro; and her nephews, Slade and Brantley Monfils. She is also survived by her family and friends.
