He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Johnson and Bettye Griffin Johnson; and his brothers, Gary Johnson and Ronnie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Diane Cobb Johnson of Reidsville; his children, Jessica Johnson (Tracy Byrd) of Statesboro, Greg Johnson of Orlando, Camisha Owens (Mitch) of Savannah and James Hudock of Savannah; his sisters, Pam Owens of Jacksonville and Debbie Sellers (Lonnie) of Tennessee; his grandson Joshua Dzienny; and his great grandchildren, Carson and Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Georgia Transplant Society.
