He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walsh and Leona Mae Higgs Walsh; and his siblings, Nina Crane, Gladys Griffith, Essie Biggs, Gertrude Cunnington, Willard Walsh, Albert Walsh and Paul Walsh.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Callaway Walsh of Reidsville; his sons, Glenn Walsh (Brenda) of Collins and Chris Walsh (Brianne) of Hagan; his stepson Brian Sheffield (Sheila) of Glennville; his sisters, Berta Lyon of Greenville, TN and Sylvia Hutson of Kingsport, TN; his sister-in-law Janie Walsh of Bluff City, TN; and his grandchildren, Mandi Walsh and Justin Walsh (Taylor) of Metter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Pine Grove Baptist Church of Reidsville, PO Box 735, Reidsville, GA 30453.
