He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy Tootle and Nettie Wilds Tootle; the mother of his children Linda Marie Williams; and his siblings, Carolyn Tootle Hatfield, Katherine Tootle Hughes, Vonice Tootle Price, Terry Tootle, Gladys Tootle Collins, Robert Tootle and Earnest Tootle, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Ann Anderson (Merrill) of Reidsville, Andy Tootle of Reidsville, Jamie Tootle of Augusta and Jody Tootle (Stephanie) of Reidsville; his siblings, Melba Tootle Smith of Florida, Foy Tootle (Junior) of Reidsville and Doyle "Frog" Tootle (Ann) of Reidsville; and his nephews, John and Lee. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial (124 Jordan St, Reidsville, GA 30453). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
