He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Franklin and Audrey Marie Moxley. He is survived by: his wife Haydee Moxley of Reidsville; his daughter Gloria; his son-in-law Kyle Sapp of Collins; his grandchildren, Jakob Rowland (Candice Martinez), Kaydee Lamb (Parker) and Wesley Sapp; and his great grandchild Vivianne Lamb. He is also survived by his in laws.
