We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2021, at the age of 70, David Avery (Reidsville, Georgia), born in Live Oak, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Avery and Marguerite Rhoden Avery; and his brother James "Jim" Gregory Avery. He is survived by: his sister Bernadette Cannon of Vidalia; his sister-in-law Mary Mitchell Avery of Cobbtown; his close friends, Nancy, Al Cheley of Cobbtown and Kim Tatum of Reidsville; and his nieces and nephews, James Cannon (Rachel) of Washington State, Daryl Cannon (JoAnn) of Texas, Chris Avery of Gainesville, FL, Joshua Avery (Deana) of Salem, Ashley Avery (Allen) of Pittsburgh, Samantha Houle (Steve) of Brandon, FL, Mary Pfaffko (Max) of Washington, DC and James Mitchell (Sarahy) of Bogota' Colombia.

Memorials may be given to the Greater Tattnall County Chamber of Commerce Junior Board for a Scholarship in David's name, PO Box 759, Reidsville, GA 30453.
