He was predeceased by: his parents, E. V. Fallin, Jr. and Nezzie Vinson Fallin; and his siblings, Vinson Fallin, Francis Fallin and Elayne Blount.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Tucker Fallin of Meigs; his children, Deborah Lynn Jackson of Meigs and Tommy V. "Bo" Fallin of Meigs; his grandchildren, Bryce Jackson, Kinsley Jackson and Claire Fallin; his great grandchild Eden Payne; his brothers, Donald Fallin (Debbie) of Meigs and Lindsey Fallin of Meigs; and his sister-in-law Joyce Fallin of Albany.
