She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alfred and Viola Rider Sullens; her husband Tony Johnson, Sr.; her son Tony Johnson, Jr.; and her siblings, Imogene Dover, Faye Armstrong, Robert Sullens, James A. Sullens and Michael Sullens.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa, Chuck Crowder, Keri Johnson (Michael Wilson) and Timmy Johnson; and her siblings, Lucille Garrison (Jimmy), Mattie White (Ray), Hazel Sullens and Lester Sullens (Joan). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
