He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Clinton Kelley and Ora Pitts Kelley; his former wife Geraldine Johnson Kelley; and his siblings, Albert, Ray, Bill Kelley, Edna Oliver and Helen Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Kelley; his son Everett Kimsey Kelley (Shirley); his siblings, Calvin Kelley (Shirley) and Mary Brown; his stepchildren, Mark Williams (Patricia), Dana Williams and Diane Davis (Harry); his grandchildren, Kim Kelley and Stacey Smith (Chris); his great grandchildren, Alex Kelley (Brianna), Kevin Rouse and Presley Kelley; and his great great grandchild Ayden Kelley. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, and ten step-great-grandchildren.
