He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Hulsey. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Fordham Hulsey (Becky); his children, Brian L. Hulsey (Christy), Denny B. Hulsey (Amanda) and Kelli R. Saxon (Dell); his grandchildren, Bea Hulsey, Whitaker Hulsey, Haley Saxon, Eben Saxon, Emily Hulsey, Everett Hulsey, Eden Hulsey and Hazel Hulsey; and his siblings, Brenda Clark (Mel), Marion Hulsey (Terri), Sandra Maddox and Gary Hulsey (Larita). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters in law.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 2925 Mud Rd. Brooklet, GA 30415.
