With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrol Moss of Rebecca, Georgia, born in Morgan, Georgia, who passed away on March 5, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to the COVID 19/Coronavirus Pandemic all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requirements will be followed.
