She is survived by: her mother Edna Ham; her husband Danny Couch of Forsyth; her children, Kristy Swaney (Kevin) of Forsyth and Dennis Couch (Mark Guce-Couch) of Warner Robins; her siblings, Pat Fort (Robert) of Forsyth and Riley Bates (Brenda) of Barnesville; and her grandchildren, Kayla Statham, Paisley Statham and Ashlynn Swaney.
