She is survived by: her children, Jason Thaxton (Libby) and Elise Kusiak (Scott); her grandchildren, Heather Stanley (Duston), Ethan Thaxton (Blair), Audrey Thaxton, Zack Kusiak, Regan Kusiak and Jackson Kusiak; her great grandchildren, Claire and Emma Stanley; her siblings, Mary Munnell and Mike Stamps (Pat); her brother-in-law Tommy Thaxton (Fran); and her cousin Martha Carter.
