He is survived by: his wife Martha Lynn Looney; his children, Tara Looney (Jon Wills), Nichole Looney (Jesse Jones) and Jesse Looney; his siblings, Martha Norris and Tommy Looney; and his grandchildren, Austin Looney, Kayla Fox, Layla Fox, Samantha Looney, Joshua Wills, Zachary Thompson, Gracie Thompson, Bailey Thompson, Isabella Wills, Brantley Thompson, Dakota Wills and Arianna Wills.
