He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Rhinehart; his sister Tara Parton; his grandparents, Mary and Joe Parton; and his godfather Fred Haney.

He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Parton Rhinehart; his daughters, Caroline and Cadience Rhinehart; his grandmother Carie Rhinehart; and his godmother Jan Haney. He is also survived by friends and especially by his loving mother.
