He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Leonard Snipes and Louise Elizabeth Garner Snipes; and his siblings, LaJuana Clark, Charles Snipes and Donald Snipes.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Martin Snipes of Ray City; his children, Stephanie Newbern of Fitzgerald, Steven Snipes of Canton, Daryn Snipes of Valdosta and Jimmy Dupree of Ray City; his brothers, Duggan Snipes of Snellville, Billy Snipes of Jennings, FL and James Snipes of Buford; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Kennedy, Thomas, Kolt, Sam, Carter, Braxton and Levi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
