He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy Kelly and Merle Annette Barker Pettyjohn; his brother Darrell Kelly; and his niece Jennifer Box. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelly of Ray City, Georgia; his daughter Amber Chauncey (Charlie) of Hastings, Florida; his stepchildren, Ashlian Mayer of Valdosta, Georgia, Logan Mayer of Ray City, Georgia and Morgan Mayer of Valdosta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Cameron Chauncey, Kaitlyn Chauncey, Blaha (Edward), Kinzlie Chauncey and Ryder Vitolo; and his siblings, Michael Kelly of Tifton, Georgia, Patricia Carter of Adel, Georgia and Sandy Box of Adel, Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
