She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Allen Suggs and Mary Rebecca Suggs (Skinner); her son Terry Palmer; and her siblings, Ethader Harper, Junior Suggs, Carlton Suggs, David Suggs and George Suggs.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Palmer of Ray City, GA; her son Jeffrey; and her daughter-in-law Pam Palmer of Ray City, GA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
