He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee "Hank" Starling and Betty Jean Bryan Starling. He is survived by: his children, Leigh Ann Walker (Jason) of Sparks, Rachel Cabral (Joseph) of Quitman, Shad Starling (Valeria) of Nashville and Drew Harrelson of Nashville; and his sister Sonja Sabo (Chris) of Alabaster, AL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
