He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Harrell and Nancy "Nan" Parrish Harrell; and his siblings, Debbie Harrell Browning and Jackie Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Harrell of Ray City; his children, Angela Carter (Tim) of Ray City, Tina Browning (Eddie) of Nashville and Jonathan Harrell (Jennifer) of Flagstaff, AZ; his brothers, Wesley Harrell (Dianne) of Naylor and Frank Harrell of Cookeville, TN; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Browning (Debbie) of Nashville, Mary Ann Harrell of Macon and Brenda Vaughn of Albany; his grandchildren, Tiffany Richardson (Trever), Justin Browning (Anna), Meagan Taylor (Carry), Jeremy Browning, Jordan Harrell, Jesse Harrell, Joshua Harrell, Jentzen Harrell, Brandy Harpe, Alex Carter and Alexandra Carter; and his great grandchildren, Emma Richardson, Trinity Harpe, Landon Harpe, Kagan Taylor, Kenlyn Taylor, Janie Faye Taylor, Carter Brogdon, Hank Brogdon, Baby Richardson and Baby Pollard. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
