He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin "Bill" Garner and Virginia Knight Garner; his brother Carlton Garner; and his brother-in-law George Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Nash Garner of Ray City; his children, Amy Garner of Marietta, April Garner of Nashville, Allison Crews of Nashville, Ray Garner (Michelle) of Nashville, Patrick Garner (Samantha) of West Berrien and Ryan Garner of Ray City; his siblings, Elizabeth Skinner of Ray City and Elliott Garner (Marjorie) of Ray City; and his grandchildren, Austin Garner (McKenzie), Maebry Paulk (Clint), Catie Garner, Marly Garner, Mary Beth Garner, Brandon Smith, Jeremy Smith, Kiley Smith, Sadie Garner, Gavin Crews, Klayton Crews and Addy Crews. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
