He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Starling and Georgia Mae Noles Starling; his wife Betty Jean Bryan Starling; and his brother Vandle Starling. He is survived by: his children, Sonya Sabo (Chris) of Alabaster, AL and Lee Starling of Ray City; and his grandchildren, Shad Starling (Valeria), Leigh Ann Walker (Jason), Rachel Cabral, Marissa Wallin (Mason) and Drew Harrelson. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
