He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank Green and Hazel Shuman Green. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Green; his daughter Kelly Green-Hall; his stepchildren, Colleen Holbrook, Terri House, Chrissy Dent, Anthony Gillard, Trey Sholan, Walter Green, Dallas Sholan and Ryder Gillard; and his sister Claudette Olver. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild.
