He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ulmer and Occie Patton Ulmer. He is survived by: his wife Leannah Maper Ulmer of Ray City; and his siblings, Jean Ulmer-Ollison of Akron, OH, Walter Ulmer, Jr. of Atlanta and Delmar Ulmer of Atlanta.
