He is survived by: his father William Nelson; his sister Anne Haeberlin (Jim); his nephews, Brad Green and Chad Green; his niece Megan Garetson; his aunts, Patti Weeden (Rand), Carol Auge, Vicki Stuck and Linda Hopper (Dennis); his uncle Tom Nelson (Jo); and his close friends, Sharon Ingram-Meadows and Jeff Meyers. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
A reception was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701).
