She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. L. C. Sluder and Emma Hollofield Sluder; her husband J. L. "Lewis" Ratcliff; and her siblings, Ernest Sluder, Vesta Hammomtree, Clyde Sluder, Hazel Ratcliff, Clem Sluder, Lona Fowler, Jordon Sluder, Jeanette Sluder, Jim Sluder and Geneva Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Margarette Ratcliff Williams (Edwin) and James Ratcliff (Beth Jobe); her grandchildren, Tonya Jarrett (Jim), Buddy Williams (Deanna), James Ratcliff II, Margarette Ratcliff and Richard Rapstine; and her great grandchildren, Samuel Williams, Jaxon White, Nolan Gonzalez and Ruby Gonzalez. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
